Weatherby Rubs started out during our annual 4th of July gathering of friends and family. I had been 
cooking with low sodium for a number of years and could never find a decent BBQ rub with a low salt base,
so I made one. Patrons were delighted and began asking if they could purchase some when we started
cooking at local fundraising events - So here we are!
